1. All Facilities are offered subject to availability
and subject to contract.
2. We reserve the right to withdraw any facility
without prior notice. Details of a facility appearing on these
web-pages must not be taken as a representation that such facility
is presently available or as an offer capable of acceptance.
3. We reserve the right to decline any application at
any time without prior notice and without liability in respect of
any cost or loss of profit or opportunity suffered as a consequence
of thereof.

All applicants must take the appropriate legal and
professional advice before proceeding with a facility. By making an
application for any facility the applicant will, thereby, be deemed
to have taken such legal and professional advice as is appropriate
to that type of facility.

We cannot give any assurance as to whether or not
the facility requested or taken up will be suitable for the needs of
the applicant and cannot give any advice as to whether or not it is
in the applicant's interest to proceed with the proposed facility.

The sole representation made by the company
providing the facilities is that the bank and other documents called
for in the facility contracts will have been issued by the agreed
bank and that the stated funds will be available exactly as defined
within the agreements.

All facility fees must be paid, in full, immediately
upon the granting of the facility. No facility will be made
available against any form of credit instrument or promissory note.
8. Providing that the documentation can be structured
so as to eliminate any fraud risk to the capital, all facilities,
confirmations and certificates provided by our funding facilities
will be as requested and required by the applicant. It is the
applicant's responsibility to be certain that these will fully
satisfy his needs. If we are unable to meet the applicant's stated
requirements no facility will be issued and no fee will be charged.

Having provided a facility with the agreed
documentation we are not then able to make comprehensive changes or
alterations to the facility to suit any alternative proposition that
the applicant may decide to pursue in place of or in addition
to the original proposal. Whilst every effort will be made to
accommodate post-issue changes to the facility it is not usually
possible to do so.
10.No advance fee may be paid to any introductory
broker. For the purpose of this condition the term "advance fee"
includes any moneys paid to the broker by the applicant in respect
of any cost or disbursement incurred or to be incurred by the
introductory broker. All fees payable to introductory brokers must
be declared in full.
11.Further details of the banks and other financial
institutions involved in providing these facilities will only be
provided to persons able to demonstrate that they are genuine
bona fide applicants.
12.We are prohibited from providing and will,
therefore, not provide any form of investment advice.
13.Any applicant requesting a funding facility
with the intent of entry into a high yield investment program,
whether that intent is declared to us or not, is deemed thereby to
have acknowledged that we shall provide such funding facility only
on the understanding that the applicant is aware of his exposure to
the extreme risk of fraud and any potential losses thereby incurred.
